The Ontario Racing Commission, Province of Ontario, hereafter called the ORC or the Commission, invites prospective Vendors to submit their proposals for the design and page layout of the Quarter Horse Program 2008 Annual Report.

As part of their submission, the proponents are required to provide certain information, including a quotation to carry out the design and specific layout of the program. A detailed description of the desired work is provided below.
